The Working Group will review a revised draft follow-up letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting. The Working Group will also continue to discuss how FIF members plan to proceed on the various open interpretive issues relating to SLATE reporting.

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Groups for Tuesday June 10 at 3 pm ET. The Working Groups will review a draft letter to the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT to request postponement of planned changes to the CAT compliance rate calculation pending a determination by the SEC in response to the rule filing by the CAT Plan Participants relating to the removal of PII from CAT.
