Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups for Tuesday August 12 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will discuss the first draft of an FIF letter requesting an extension of the current implementation date for the Rule 605 amendments.

CAT CAIS Working Group

FIF has scheduled the next call for the CAIS Working Group for Wednesday August 13 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss the first draft of an FIF comment letter to the SEC requesting (i) that the SEC terminate the requirements of the large trader rule relating to unidentified large traders, and (ii) the removal of historical CAIS rejections and Material Inconsistencies relating to data elements that will no longer be reportable to CAIS.

Panelists Announced - FIF Boston Event
