The Working Group will discuss the first draft of an FIF comment letter to the SEC requesting (i) that the SEC terminate the requirements of the large trader rule relating to unidentified large traders, and (ii) the removal of historical CAIS rejections and Material Inconsistencies relating to data elements that will no longer be reportable to CAIS.
