FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAIS Working Groups for Wednesday October 1 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will continue the discussion of issues relating to CAT Transaction Reporting, CAIS and CAT billing.

Reg NMS: Odd Lots on the SIPs

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Data and Technology Committee and the Equity Market Regulations Working Group for Wednesday October 8 at 11 am ET. The Committee and Working Group will continue the review and discussion of the documentation published by SIAC and the UTP relating to odd-lot data being added to the SIP market data feeds. SIAC published updates to its odd lot quote examples document on September 23.

Rule 605 Working Group

The next call for the Rule 605 Working Group will be on Wednesday October 8 at 3 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of reporting for different order types in connection with the upcoming Rule 605 amendments.

FIF CAT Monthly Update Working Group

The CAT Monthly Update Working Group call for October will be on Thursday October 9 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will review guidance and updates from the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT on CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS and CAT billing during the prior month. The Working Group will also review the current areas of focus for FIF members and the current open issues for CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS reporting and CAT billing.

CAT Port Settings

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday October 15 at 11 am ET. This call will focus on FIF submitting to the SEC a request for exemption relating to CAT reporting of port settings. FIF previously submitted an exemption request to the SEC in draft form.
