The next call for the SLATE Working Group will be on Tuesday July 22 at 10 am ET. The Working Group will discuss issues and questions from FIF members and a draft FIF letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting.

Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups for Tuesday July 22 at 3 pm ET. The Working Groups will discuss a draft Rule 605 Fact Sheet prepared by an FIF member and issues and questions from FIF members relating to Rules 605 and 606.

CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled two calls for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for this week. The first call will be on Wednesday July 23 at 1 pm ET; during the first call, the Working Group will discuss potential amendments to SEC Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan to reduce CAT costs. The second call will be on Thursday July 24 at 11 am; during the second call, the Working Group will discuss a revised draft of the FIF request for permanent exemption relating to representative order linkage.

FIF has scheduled a webinar on Trade Surveillance for Wednesday July 23 at 2 pm ET. The moderator for the webinar will be Holly Dito of Daiwa.
