FIF CAT CAIS Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT CAIS Working Group for Wednesday July 30 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss the need to retire large trader reporting and requesting exemptive relief for historical CAIS rejections and Material Inconsistencies.

CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday July 30 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of potential amendments to SEC Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan to reduce CAT costs. The Working Group will also discuss the recent court decision relating to CAT funding.

Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Rule 605 and Rule 606 Working Groups for Thursday July 31 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will discuss draft diagrams for a Rule 605 Fact Sheet prepared by two FIF members. The Working Groups will also discuss other issues raised by FIF members relating to Rule 605 and Rule 606 reporting.
