SLATE Working Group

The next call for the SLATE Working Group will be on Tuesday July 8 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will discuss issues and questions from FIF members relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting. The Working Group will also review a draft FIF letter to the SEC and FINRA relating to the implementation of SLATE reporting.

CAT PII and EBS

FIF has scheduled two joint calls for this week for the CAT CAIS, CAT Transaction Reporting and EBS Working Groups. The first call will be on Tuesday July 8 at 1 pm ET; the second call will be on Wednesday July 9 at 11 am ET. The Working Groups will discuss a revised draft FIF comment letter to the SEC on the removal of PII from CAT and the retirement of EBS.

CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday July 9 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss potential amendments to Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan.

CAT Monthly Update Working Group

The CAT Monthly Update Working Group call for July will be on Thursday July 10 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will review guidance and updates from the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT on CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS and CAT billing during the prior month. The Working Group will also review the current areas of focus for FIF members and the current open issues for CAT Transaction Reporting, CAT CAIS reporting and CAT billing.
