CAT PII and CAIS

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT CAIS Working Groups for Tuesday June 10 at 3 pm ET. The Working Groups will review a draft letter to the CAT Plan Participants and FINRA CAT to request postponement of planned changes to the CAT compliance rate calculation pending a determination by the SEC in response to the rule filing by the CAT Plan Participants relating to the removal of PII from CAT.

Rule 606 Working Group

The next call for the Rule 606 Working Group will be on Thursday June 12 at 1 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss revised draft FAQs to be submitted to the SEC relating to Rule 606(a) reporting.

CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Thursday June 12 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss a revised draft request for exemption relating to rep order linkage and proposed amendments to the CAT NMS Plan to manage CAT costs.
