On July 10, FIF submitted to the SEC a comment letter on the FINRA rule filing for an updated CAT cost recovery fee. FIF would like to thank the members of the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this comment letter.

On July 11, FIF submitted a comment letter to the SEC in response to the rule filings by FINRA and the MSRB relating to the TRACE and RTRS reporting timeframes and the reporting of allocations to TRACE. FIF would like to thank the members of the TRACE / RTRS Working Group for their contributions in the drafting of this comment letter.

The next call for the 24x7 Trading Working Group will be on Monday July 14 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of a draft FIF letter to the SEC relating to the planned expansion of exchange trading hours for US equities.
